Refund Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it and we’ll issue you a gift card to choose something else. We guarantee you’ll be well taken care of.
Order Requirements:
- It must be your first time ordering this product from our online store.
- The returned product must be at least half full.
- The order must be no older than 14 days from delivery.
- Only available for U.S. orders (no international orders).
- Clearance and bulk items are not eligible.
Note: A $8 shipping fee will apply to returns made with a prepaid label.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately, but no later than 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue. After 7 days have passed from the delivery date, we cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on single use items, seasonal bundles, gift cards, or items that have been opened/altered.
